Muscle Toning

What is it about?

WHAT IS IT?

Muscle toning is restoring the tone or firmness of the muscle that is lost over time, just as happens with the skin.
A muscle is an organ that is made up of contractile fibers and that can be related to the skeleton (in the case of skeletal muscles) or to the structure of organs or devices (visceral muscles).
The permanent state of partial, passive and continuous contraction of the muscles is known as muscle tone. It is the resting state of the muscles that helps maintain the appropriate body posture for each movement. In addition, good muscle tone makes the upper structures (superficial fat and skin) firm. Muscle tone is reduced while we sleep due to relaxation, and increases again when awake.

HOW IS IT TREATED?

To improve muscle tone, physical activity is essential, which exists in different types, and in terms of aesthetic procedures, there is also treatment.
